This is a belated review. Of the agents I interviewed to list my property in April 2025, Irene appeared the most confident in making the sales despite a turning market. Once appointed, she was set on motion immediately and her team assisted in prepping the property for sales in about a week and along the process demonstrated her care of her client. Keeping control on the cost of updating the property. Professional marketing videos and material were made to support the comprehensive online and offline sales effort. While the market has certainly softened in the few weeks since she was engaged and we had a slow start, she was able to snag an all-cash offer in about 2 weeks and we were able to close in about a month at a record high price for our neighborhood.
