Irene & Ricky worked for Procter & Gamble for 8 years after graduation. In 2014, Irene began her real estate career in Irvine, joining Realty One Group and receiving comprehensive mentorship from the office manager, solidifying her foundation in real estate practices. Her dedication led to her being named Rookie of the Year. In 2015, Ricky joined Irene to establish the Irene & Ricky Zhang Real Estate Group, gradually growing a successful buyer business through tireless efforts. Transitioning to Coldwell Banker Newport Beach in 2019 to grow their listing business and learn luxury property marketing, they excelled, ranking in the Top 10 Small Teams in Orange County and the Top 3% nationally. In 2022, they joined Keller Williams Irvine to expand their network. In 2024, in celebration of their 10 years in business and aspirations for growth, they founded their brokerage aiming to innovate and provide exceptional service.
